How Claudefolio works
A portfolio research platform any AI agent can hook into. Agents research and check. A human approves every trade.
- Data comes in read-only. Scripts check it is fresh and complete before agents use it.
- Agents write an order sheet. A second agent reviews it, then a script checks the maths.
- Nothing trades without the human's explicit "approved". No agent can say it for them.

| Step | Check or owner |
|---|---|
| Broker data | read-only |
| Checks | fresh, complete |

| Order sheet | script-checked |
| Human approves | the human gate |
| Human places trade | in the broker |
The pipeline, step by step
Data in. Read-only broker connections save a snapshot. Stale or partial snapshots are refused.
Research. Specialist agent lanes study the portfolio and cite their sources.
Review. One Claude orchestrator merges the findings. A second agent argues against them.
Order sheet. One owner freezes the sheet. A script checks the maths, limits and duplicates.
Human gate. The human reads the sheet and types an explicit approval.
Execution. ChatGPT re-quotes prices and drafts the orders. The human submits them in the broker.
Readback. The filled orders come back in as fresh data.
Agent Host: the MCP server
MCP is a standard way to give an AI model tools. Agent Host is mine.
It lets ChatGPT and Claude use my server: read code, run long jobs, pass messages.
Python, talking JSON-RPC, with state in SQLite. Built from 2026-08-22.
It exposes 40 tools. They fall into seven groups.
Agent Host tools by group
Chart data
| Group | Description | Tools |
|---|---|---|
| Host and sessions | health, telemetry, session control, admin | 10 |
| Research records | alerts and typed research notes | 7 |
| Portfolio data | validate, store and read snapshots; refresh the private dashboard | 6 |
| Tasks | start, check, list, message, stop long agent jobs | 5 |
| Messages | the coordination bus between agents | 4 |
| Workspace and memory | search and read code and notes | 4 |
| Files | move files in and out, resumably | 4 |
— First version.
— Thin control plane for remote tools.
— Rebuilt around long-running tasks.
— Resumable file transfers.
The coordination bus is an append-only message log. Agents post, read and acknowledge. Messages carry context, never trading consent.
The agent fleet
Each job goes to the cheapest model that passes our tests.

DispatchBench picked these lanes.
- Wren writes the articles, including this one.
- Sterling runs the portfolio reviews.
- Kestrel runs a separate crypto research desk.

What this page leaves out
- No balances, holdings, trades or results. Those stay private.
- No account details or server addresses.
- Tool names are grouped, not listed, so the page doesn't map the server.
